We’ve introduced a new trends graph to your REMO, allowing you to view market trends for each area and compare specific segments to the overall market. You can customize your view by selecting from rolling month, full month, month-to-date, and weekly options.
Updated Dashboard Cards:
The dashboard cards have been refreshed with a new, minimal design to match the rest of our product. Now, accessing your favorite areas from the home page is easier than ever. Additionally, we’ve streamlined our metric terms by removing the word “Avg.”
Small UI Fixes:
Additionally, we’ve made several improvements for a smoother experience:
Edit Modal UX: We’re now preventing the ability to close the create and edit area modal by clicking outside of it. Misclick away!

Our engineers have made REMO generation practically instant, slashing the average time from over 3 minutes to just 0.002 seconds. Now, you can create a REMO in the blink of an eye, giving you more time to focus on what really matters.
AreaPreview: Thanks to the instant REMO technology, you can now instantly see key metrics during area creation. As you build your area, you’ll see Actives, Solds per Month, and Months Supply of Inventory update live, empowering you to create more effective areas.
New Metric – Average Original List Price of Sold Properties: We’ve added a new metric that tracks the Average Original List Price of sold properties. While we’re at it, we gave the bottom of the REMO a little TLC. This lets you and your client see the complete pricing journey, so you know exactly how much a home typically needs to adjust its price before getting an offer.

Area Creation 2.0: Creating and editing areas just got a whole lot better! You can now filter by property types, such as residential, manufactured homes, and townhomes. We’ve also added more specific criteria for you to include or exclude in your area definitions. You can now get REMO’s for an area as large as an entire MLS or as small as the tiniest local neighborhood.

New Year, New REMO: We’ve given REMO a fresh look based on your feedback. Now, the report is divided into an overview and a graph view, helping you focus on what’s most important: the story and the data.
Overview: The Overview section lets you quickly see key metrics for an area and visualize them on a graph. This is perfect for storytelling and presentations, making it easy to see how different price ranges compare without diving too deep into the details.
Grid View: Grid view is the same table you know and love, but with a few minor improvements. Now users can drill down into even more specific price ranges and compare stats across different parts of the market.
Data Visualization: Tying all of this together is a sleek new slider that represents your currently selected price range. This provides context for your data regardless of which view you’re on, allowing you to better paint the narrative of the market.
