What are Areas?
Areas are combinations of geographical parameters for which we have access to data. Users have access to all Area configurations under their MLS, and can store reports for these Areas depending on their plan.
Do I have to sign a contract with AreaPro?
No! All AreaPro subscribers are on a month-to-month subscription agreement. If at any time you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do so with a quick email to our support team.
Can other agents on my team use my report?
How often does the data refresh?
We intentionally let the previous day’s business close out so we show data for full days rather than partial days. As a result, AreaPro’s data for Real Estate Market Overview (REMO) reports are updated by the time you reach your desk each morning.
