Shawn Anderson is a real-estate veteran of over 2,000 families served, a graduate of BYU’s Marriott School of Business, and one of the driving forces behind AreaPro. With a background that blends deep industry expertise, technical proficiency, and a passion for solving real-world agent challenges, Shawn co-founded AreaPro to transform how agents interpret market data and serve their clients.

Before launching AreaPro, Shawn built one of the top-performing real estate teams in Idaho and led multiple ventures across real estate sales, land-development, and technology.

Outside of work, Shawn’s either enjoying a slow-paced jog, tinkering with his reef tank, cutting his grass, or being dad to four kids and a very opinionated Yorkie. He believes in working hard, thinking big, and finding joy in the little things—like a smash burger on the Blackstone or a perfectly straight mow line.
